Description
Sunrise on Jekyll Island is always wonderful to see. In this photograph, there is the extra advantage of the pools of water left by low tide reflecting the beautiful clouds. What really caught my attention, after noticing the clouds reflected in the pool of water, was the similarity between the ripples in the sand and the clouds.
Located in Glynn County, Georgia, Jekyll Island is one of four Georgia barrier islands which feature a paved causeway providing car access to the island. Jekyll Island is a wonderful place if youre looking for a family friendly beach, but will not be the right choice if youre looking for a parting nightlife.
A very unique beach on Jekyll Island is Driftwood Beach. Be sure to look at our Jekyll Island Gallery here on Fine Art America to see the beautiful Driftwood Beach and more scenes from Jekyll.

I would call you two "Pictorial Storytellers." You know how to tell dramatic stories, lovely stories through your inimitable photography. I'm pretty sure we all agree that there are great shots and then there are snap shots. I love the stories you tell through your great shots. Keep it up. The world needs you.
