The French Quarter of New Orleans is famous for many things; it's bars, it's shops... It's the small things that complete the wonderful sights and sounds of New Orleans. In this black and white photo is a French Quarter Street Lamp. The street lamps in New Orleans are wonderful to look at and sometimes great to hold on to. Stop and watch a street lamp some night and you will see several people use them to steady themselves after leaving a bar.
This street lamp is located at 827 1/2 Toulouse Street, home to Hillary's on Toulouse. This black and white photograph of a French Quarter Street Lamp has an almost graphic look.
