Artist's Description

Photographed at night, this black and white photograph shows the Old Pillar Building in downtown Bryson City. Built in the early 1900's the building was home to a bank that did not survive the Great Depression.
This photograph offers deep blacks and bright whites.
Bryson City is located in the Great Smoky Mountains in Swain County, NC.
